Service Description. This Site describes Bbq Restaurant, Bbq Food, Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, Barbeque, Bbq Catering provided by Lakeside BBQ & Grill. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Lakeside BBQ & Grill or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Lakeside BBQ & Grill does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeside BBQ & Grill's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Lakeside BBQ & Grill in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Lakeside BBQ & Grill from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. WA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in WA.
